Early educators ensure our children learn and thrive in child care and early learning settings from birth through third grade. Plus, they're the workforce behind the workforce -- making it possible for parents to earn a living for their families. TQEE's work supports initiatives and policies that help expand and support the early educator workforce, and we're proud also to lift and celebrate them through our annual Tennessee early educator awards.
